You could try freelancing sites like Upwork, Toptal. Toptal could be a bit 'work-like' and you may not be able to set your terms, but at Upwork you are pretty much free in your business.

You could go up to $100/hour and more at Upwork. You can start from very low paid projects and do a few to get reviews, and then build up your reputation and your hourly rate or project limit from there. Fixed budget projects are even better - they allow you most freedom.

And after a while, you would get repeat clients who would want to work with a more permanent relationship, so you could go off the market as it happens to people. Or you could remain freelancing and further build up your reputation. Choices are many.
