The peasans 'cant understand' the intricacies of religion (finance), so they should stop questioning and disobeying the priests (economists) and let them lead the flock (manage the economy).

Amazingly every economic situation and every economic decision taken benefits the priest caste and the aristocrats who are in league with them, but all of these are 'explained away' through religion (economy).
