This is a false far-right meme. It also contradicts itself. Wealth is represented by height, and then the actual equality that happens by distributing wealth equally is renamed 'equity', whereas distributing each box (height) UNequally by giving 1 box to everyone is named 'equality'. As if people's height were not wealth themselves.

In reality what is called 'equity' in the 3rd slot is equality. But equality is a 'liberal' and 'socialist' word and it is heresy, so it cannot be used. So they just invent a term that did not exist outside corporate business world before, and use it instead. Anything better than adopting the words of heretics.
