They are not in the process of building it. They built it. Starting all the way with a few hundred John Birch society member families meeting in their houses in 1950s. Then turning into the religious reactionary movement that came to power with Reagan.

That shadow America is just shedding all the pretense and the masquerade and is coming out as it is. What you now see is the day of reckoning in which the rest of America meets the monster they created and nurtured over decades.
