The authoritarians of your current society were 'disappearing' people to enforce the capitalist 'free market' all along. They pushed people into poverty, to homelessness, to despair, and voila, they turned into extremist movements for support and understanding. Just like in your earlier authoritarian country.

Centrists and liberals like you push free market by sh*tting on actual left politicians who could turn the tide, and then when the cows come home, lament just like you do. It never fails.

Let me tell you what the next step is: These formerly privileged crowd ends up having to escape abroad, living as immigrants, lamenting the fall of their society harder while still seeing no fault in themselves. They did everything right, so why did all of that happen?
