That's not correct. At the moment the people in the organization get shares of the organization, they are not employees anymore, they are worker-owners. And depending on the distribution ratio of these shares, the organization can even end up being compatible with the most stringent left-wing criteria.
The only problem is the governance of the organization. Democratically voting everything is not efficient. Even large cooperatives like Mondragon use delegation by election.
