It's well known where the far-right woes of the US and the UK came from. However, Russia's literally came from incessant US hostility against them on their border and its media.
But China has nothing to do with this - don't randomly shove it in to strengthen the argument. The article you linked does not contain any statistics or arguments in that direction. There isn't such a far-right in China, neither the Chinese government 'tells lies' to their people and the people believe them. They have reduced poverty drastically in the last ten years and they even shut down the entire country to save everyone - in contrast to the 'democratic and free' West, which bluntly said that 'It only affects the elderly so its ok for the economy' and let the elderly to die.
The surge of the far-right is not a global matter. It's an Anglo-American created problem. And it's a problem in Angloamerica and its satellites.
