It doesn't. It traces itself back to the French Revolution. Any country that follows its principles has a more or less functioning democracy. Any country that follows the Anglo-American propaganda with its 'Magna Carta' is a psuedo-aristocracy. And its 'democratic' only because of the immense propaganda coming from the very Anglo-American establishment.
