If Biden administration doesn't immediately start prosecuting the perpetrators of 6 Jan and the rest of the extremists who infiltrated the government, police and military and at the same time address rampant inequality that creates such poverty and ignorance, democracy wont be saved, Im afraid.

The latter takes time. But the former can prevent an actual coup in the next election or in its immediate aftermath.
