Really. It looks more like the more people you abuse like Elon did, the higher the reward. Basically making other people work, and getting the majority of the profits. Just like Musk did to his assistant.
Im pretty sure that nobody can say that the Walton family are getting the rewards for their 'effort'. 3 million Walmart employees are working to create the 'reward' the Waltons are getting....
