His private life is irrelevant. He is not 'looked up to' as a prophet. He is not revered and taken as an example of how to live one's life. These are the trappings of American culture that stem from its religious extremist past which it still isn't able to shake off - searching for prophets and 'examples' to 'live by' everywhere.

He is applauded for giving the people who participate in his organization a fair share of the economic value they generate.

And that's what matters. Nobody asked for a prophet or an 'example' of virtue to live one's life by.

When looked at from an international perspective, this obsession of you Americans looks outright crazy. In a European setting, the private life of a person is his own. Nobody expects anyone else to be another Jesus to 'live by' as an example anywhere else in the world.

More companies have to do exactly what he is doing. That's the point. Irrelevant attacks against him like this only work to help the establishment in its attempts to prevent that from happening.
