According to statistics, the ones who take the most share of the economic value they create are the lucky few in Silicon Valley companies who get enormous compensations. And even they only get a maximum 10% of the actual economic value that they create - which means that everyone else in the current economy gets much less of the economic value they generate, and up to ~90% of it goes to faceless shareholders and majority investors to increase the size of their unusable, meaningless numeric wealth even more.

He should get a higher pay. You too. And everyone else.
