Considering how the majority of the electorate is center right or right wing, and even the supposed opposition, Democrats, work as a center-right party economically, protecting the tax breaks and privileges of the rich and corporations, no, there isnt.

For the center-right liberal mentality, its much more preferable that the society veers dangerously to the right and risks fascism to protect the free market economy, tax breaks and privileges of the affluent than vote for anything that would cause a rise in taxes and welfare programs that will support.

And ironically, the centrist liberal ends up dumbfounded when fascist ends up happening and he himself ends up being the first demographic to be targeted by the very fascism whose rise he abetted.

For the sane citizen who is not from these demographics, the best choice would be moving abroad. Wherever is better - doesnt matter if it is a 'third world' country. Anywhere sane is better than a society that is a boiling pot of delirious kookery and reactionaryism.
