Definitely nowhere on the planet is heaven. But compared to the US, most of them are.

Things like pensions etc are other capitalist problems that were pushed onto its satellites by the US to boost corporate profits - cut the taxes and funding for social security and give tax breaks to the rich and corporations.

I personally try to help my relatives and friends, people from the working class, to do the same

Yes, redeveloping and recovering the communal spirit, community traditions, societiy-oriented traits that are found in the rest of the world is critical to changing the US society.
